Feet-ID and Feetium Scanner
Feet-ID is a virtual 3D digital plaster mould image, unique to each customer’s foot, containing it’s dimensions, topography, as well as the arch and the area that encounters the insoles at the bottom of the foot.
Our scanner is specially designed to capture the information needed for our algorithm. Feetium’s scanner captures the Feet-ID with marked precision (0.1-0.15 mm) and records both feet’ data for fitting.


Shoe-ID
Shoe-ID comprises the data of each shoe model including its internal dimension, shape, and other information. Feetium assigns a Shoe-ID for each shoe last.
Shoe-IDs are captured using a portable measuring unit crafted from scratch for the most precise on the spot measurement, avoiding the need to send thousands of shoes to measurement centres.

Shoe Fitting Processing
The matching algorithm finds the optimal shoe size of a specific model of shoe chosen by the customer, by comparing the data of the specific Shoe ID with the customer’s foot. If necessary, the algorithm uses the adaptive insoles as an additional tool to find the personal match allowing the customer maximum comfortability and performance.

Shoe Fitting Process
Feetium’s algorithm compares the Feet-ID, Shoe-ID, and Adaptive Insoles using a common platform that enables an apple-to-apple comparison between all three elements to ensures an optimal high-quality fit. Feetium’s “Right for Both Feet” algorithm determines the optimal shoe size and combination of Adaptive Insoles needed to meet the customer’s highest comfort and performance requirements.
